'I would just like to pass on my thanks for the work I have just had done at my home by your company!! I have dealt with another company for other stereo problems, set ups etc and have felt totally inadequate and 'talked into' the work done by this company. I have also paid a hefty amount each time.
On needing someone to sort out our surround sound system, a faulty speaker in our outdoor area, and getting me up to speed on my IPOD capabilities; I decided to use Geoff Small Electronics. I had not heard of anyone else using your services, but had seen the advertisement in the community paper and always thought "he looks like a nice honest guy". So I emailed you with the list of jobs to see if you could fit in with my days off.
WOW - talk about impressed from the word go - a prompt reply by email (for your technician to come on my day off - a few days away), a reminder text the day before, then a great friendly face (Richard) who knew my name and introduced himself - which made another huge impression.
We needed some odd parts sourced, my IPOD queires were sorted, outdoor speakers sorted (for my music), and the surround sound system (for my husband) all done too!!
Then the account: again - impressed. I really feel like I have had fantastic service at a fantastic price!!! I wish I had got on to you sooner!!!
